JITO AHMEDABAD - ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING


JITO Ahmedabad Chapter held its 9th Annual General Meeting on 28th September at Gujarat Chamber of Commerce & Industry. Ashram Road, Ahmedabad. Shri Prakash Sanghvi, Chairman called the AGM proceedings. Report on the past activities was given by Shri Kushalraj Bhansali, Chief Secretary and Shri Bhadresh Shah, Treasurer presented the nancial statements for the year ending on 31st March, 2017. Shri Parag Jhaveri, CA was re-appointed as the auditor of JITO Ahmedabad for 2017-18. Shri Hasmukh Gadhecha, Director JITO Apex reported about the activities of JITO Apex and Chapters. He also informed about Shraman Arogyam activity which is taken up by JITO Ahmedabad under the Chairmanship of Shri Ganpatraj Chowdhary & Shri Prakash Sanghvi, Chairman requested the team to identify the areas in Ahmedabad where units can be prepared. He put forth the proposal to open different units in Ahmedabad for mass to get the benet of JITO. Shri Hemant Shah, Past Chairman & Steering Committee Member reported about the activity of JATF. He informed that we have been given the permission by JITO Apex to join hands with a training institute and train the students who had appeared for CET this year. Shri Chetan Shah informed about the dream project of opening a boys Hostel in Ahmedabad. He stated that the plots are identied and the work related to nalizing the land is in process. Shri Pravesh Mehta reported about the Youth Exchange Program 2017 and Shri Abhivadan Lodha informed about JBN Project. Shri Tejas Shah, Chairman JIYO informed about the activities of JIYO Ahmedabad whereas Ms. Nita Shah, Chairman JEELO reported on the activities of JEELO.
