JITO BELGAUM YOUTH WING - TEAM BUILDING

JITO Belgaum Youth Wing organized a workshop cum team building exercise called 'Drop It' on 12th November at Hotel Madhuban Goaves, Belagavi. The main objective of activity was to learn the art of dropping your ego, anger, fear and things that constraint your growth. Resource person for the workshop was Mrs Bharti Sukthankar. She represents Chinmaya Mission and heads the Chinmaya Yuva Kendra activities in Belgaum and is the editor of Balvihar magazine which is circulated globally. Mrs Bharati also gave all the members a talk on the art of leaving behind ego, anger and fear. Later she concluded with a team building exercise that made all the members believe in themselves as artists and producing art works in a team. The event was well attended by Youth wing members, graced by JITO members and ladies wing members and many guests. The event was coordinated by Youth wing member Mr Rajat Hardi under the guidance of JITO member Mr Amit Doshi. JITO Belgaum Chapter Chairman Mr Santosh Porwal along with Managing Committee members of JITO Belgaum chapter, ladies wing and all members of the Youth wing were present. Mr Harshvardhan Patil, Chairman JITO Belgaum Youth wing presented Mrs Bharati a sapling on behalf of all members of the Youth Wing.
