JITO BANGALORE - Growth Summit

JITO Bangalore Chapter marked its milestone journey with Grandeur, Glory & Good-will. It marched into a brand-new eleventh Year of existence by celebrating '10 Years - Decade of Dedication' in form of 'Growth Summit'. The mega three-day event began on 25th May 2018 in the royal premises of Palace Grounds. The marathon of events included a Mega Trade Fair which was historic and iconic in every way. Right from the inauguration to the concluding finale, every session was professionally managed which was earmarked by the presence of a galaxy of dignitaries. Host of luminaries including Bollywood stars to television actors, Motivational speakers to corporate tycoons added to the vibrancy of the summit. The JITO Youth conclave and JITO Ladies wing conference were the icing on the cake. Trade Fair hosted about 550 stalls including leading brands including leading names like Pigeon, Adishwar, Peetex, Samyakk, Vitamin Berry among others. The 'Mega-Mela' witnessed footfall of more than 75,000 people. Here options of B2B & and B2C had been provided.

Inauguration
JITO Bangalore 'Growth summit' began on the auspicious note with Navkar mantra and a spiritual dance performance dedicated to Lord Ganesha. It was followed by the welcome speech by Paras Bhandari, Chairman, Bangalore Chapter. He enlisted the main objectives and the mission statement of JITO. JITO Three-day Mega Event was applauded for its vision, mission and intention. Inaugurating the gala event, Sri Sri Ravishankar of 'The Art of Living Foundation' expressed his appreciation towards the Jain Community for their social endeavours. He applauded JITO's 'Project Udaan', which was flagged on Day # 1 of the Summit.  Renowned actor Anupam Kher shared the stage with him. He enthralled the audience with his wit and sense of humour. Popular Bollywood actors like Sonu Sood, Urmila Matondkar, artists like Raghu Dikshit and Garima Jain enthralled the audience with their presence. Talk show also showcased the merits and achievements of Tanu Jain, IAS officer, who has been supported by JATF. Ten-Year old Kautilya Pandit, also known as 'Google Boy' was present during the program. He mesmerized the crowd with his speech and presence of mind. Popular poet Kumar Vishwas was at his wittiest best with satire and poetry delivered in purest form of Hindi language, which was applauded by the audience thoroughly.

Transforming Lives'
Presence of Mahatria worked like magic. Jam packed conclave hall housed in more than two thousand members. He spoke on 'Transformation' which struck the right chord with the audience. His clarity of thoughts, Power of expression and style of rendition captivated the tight-lipped crowd for two hours.  His talk included profound principles in transforming a person's personal and professional life.
Motivational Guru Gaur Gopal Das spoke on the Success mantra and said "Do not waste your energy, time on things which you can't do rather focus on things which you can do". To reach the final goal, it is important to focus on essentials. He bridged spirituality with practicality in most eloquent style.

Yuva & Naari Shakti
Subsequent day saw the JITO Youth conclave & JITO Ladies wing conference. For these events, office bearers of Youth Wing and Ladies wing projected perfect team work. An extravaganza dance form 'Chandan bala' was performed very gracefully.
Rahul Kapoor Jain anchored the youth session and the popular Radio Jockey from Fever 104 FM, 'non-stop Nikki' was the master of ceremony for the ladies' program. Specifically created Audio- visual presentations showcased the vision and mission of both the wings of JITO.


Dreams in eyes, Fire in the belly
Energetic youth brigade, with dreams in their eyes and fire in the belly were the perfect audience for the JITO Youth Conclave. Galaxy of dignitaries graced the occasion that started in the morning and went on till night. Right from the television screen to Bollywood, from the corporate world to epitome of spirituality, personalities from various walks of life motivated and interacted with audience present in a large number. Mr Sripal Jain, the young entrepreneur who kick started the concept of 'Career café' spoke on how today's youngsters believe in different and innovative careers. Motivational Speakers like Deepak Shinde and 'Google Boy' Kautilya Pandit marked their presence and captivated the young minds with their intellectual brilliance. Dr. Eshwar Nair (Dean of the Commerce Department in Jain University) with his rich experience in the field of education for more than 2 decades and the knack of talking to students made the session very interesting.
The second day chain of events began with lighting of the lamp and brilliant dance performance. Kumar Vishwas, popular poet and orator, Bollywood actor Sonu Sood and Executive Director of Arvind Group –Kulin Lalbhai graced the occasion.  He spoke about on disruptive innovation and the new age economy. According to him “Innovation is changing the world. It is affecting how we work, transact, commute and live.'' He emphasized on the fact that technology should be adapted by people to get on the fast track of success.”
Kumar Vishwas stole the show with his wit and humour. His message to the youth was to walk on the principles and this alone can get you success, status, money and power. He shared examples from his own life to reflect the fact that struggles and challenges test the inner strength of a person, ultimately making him a better personality.”
Sonu Sood, an engineer by education and actor by profession enthralled the audience with his talk and wit. He shared his journey in the world of Bollywood and his passion for the work he is doing. He encouraged the youth with his message, 'Love the work you do, and do it with full dedication.’
Motilal Oswal – Chairman of Motilal Oswal Pvt Ltd. said, “Become a learning machine if you want to prove yourself as an earning Machine”.
