JITO Nepal organised a Training and Motivation program at Hotel Radisson, on 30th June 2018. The program was open for all members of the Jain Community and was attended by 48 members. The program started with the Navkar Mantra followed by JITO Corporate video, which helped all the participants understand about JITO and its activities. Chapter Chairman Mr. Binod Kumar Sethia welcomed the gathering and spoke about the activities of JITO Nepal and JITO International Wing. The speakers for the event, were Mr. Basudev Adikari and Mr.R.Manadhar. Mr. Basudev Adikari, Former Executive Director, Nepal Rastra Bank (Central Bank), shared his insights on the Business Growth in Nepal, keeping the legal and compliance aspects in mind. He also spoke about the growth opportunities in Nepal, and how one should plan for the long term to realise growth in the business. Mr.R.Manadhar, a Professional Trainer, Executive Life Coach and Psychological Counsellor, shared his experiences on how business and spirituality are interconnected, and how we can be successful in both domains of life.Mr. Rajendra Bothra, Gen Secretary, JITO Nepal, bought the event to a close by giving the vote of thanks. Special efforts were taken by Mr. Manoj Kumar Sethia, Co-ordinator of the program for successfully organizing the event.
