Constitutional Structure
JITO is registered as a Public Limited Company under section 25 of the Companies Act, 1956. Broad based Constitution ensures participation of all Businessmen, Industrialists & Professionals in India and the World. An International Organisation with Chapters all over India and the world.
Board of Directors :
The total strength of Board of Directors is 42 Directors as under :-i) 22(Twenty-Two) Directors from the Category of Founder Chief Patrons (FCP),
ii) 14(Fourteen) Directors from the Category of Patrons,
iii) 06(Six) Co-opted Directors.
Election for the post of Directors is conducted every even year by the Nomination Committee appointed by the Board of Directors.
Working Committee :
The Board of Directors of the Company constitutes Executive Council comprising of seven Directors, nominated by the Board Consisting of President, Vice President/s, Secretary General/s, Secretary/s, Treasurer and Joint Treasurer. The strength of the Executive Council can be increased to eight in the event the Secretary General, selected by the Executive Council, is from outside the Board Members.
