HIGHLIGHTS OF SMART CARD PROJECT

  • JITO Pune Chapter WOULD BE THE FIRST CHAPTER in history of JITO Launching the JITO Multipurpose SMART CARD
  • This card will be primarily used as ID card by Each JITO Member – Viz, FCP, CP, and Life Member & Regular Members.
  • JITO PUNE CHAPTER will Release certificate to SHOPS who will Offer Discount on their products & services to JITO Card Holder
 
 
 

ADDITIONAL BENEFITS OF SMART CARD

  • This JITO Smart Card will be also used for recording Attendance of Members Present at Events / Seminars / Meetings held by Chapter.
  • This attendance record will be captured in the SMART CARD READER PLACED at the Locations where the EVENTS been conducted.
  • Once EVENT is over, this data will be uploaded to PORTAL & Auto SMS will be released to Members.
 

Customized SMS Sent to Members who attended the SEMINAR

For E.g. – “ THANK YOU FOR ATTENDING THIS EVENT & WE LOOK FORWARD FOR SIMILAR SUPPORT IN OUR FORTHCOMING EVENTS”

 

SMS to people who could not make it to the EVENT

For E.g. – “ WE MISSED YOU IN TODAYS EVENT, LOOK FORWARD TO SEE YOU IN OUR NEXT EVENT “

 

 
 

PORTAL WOULD ALSO SUPPLY REPORTS AS –

  • Historical report of Attendance of Individual Members
  • Historical report of Attendance Office Bearers in Meetings
  • Historical report of Event wise response of people.
  • This would help us to plan better for our next events & also will help us know what kind of events people like most.
  • ALSO IF ANY OTHER BRANCH WISHES TO LAUNCH SIMILAR CONCEPT.
 
  • They can request the JITO PUNE CHAPTER Office to Create Logins for respective CHAPTERS & they can start using the services of PORTAL.
 
  • LIMITATIONS WOULD BE THAT – They just have to Print SMART CARD & Buy Smart CARD Reader of same make.
