JITO Ladies wing of Chennai organized a sports event titled “Sports is the important key to a healthy mind & body”, it is also the basis of dynamic & creative intellectual activity, with these objective the sports team of JITO Ladies Wing-Chennai Chapter came up with 'Sand - Sational Sports' event at Marina beach on 2nd September. It was a sensational beach time for all the ladies and as the name reected all the games were related to sand. The main motto was 'Think, Try n Thrive' and everyone perfectly stood by it. All the participants were equally divided into 5 teams, were given names & allotted colours. The games like Richie rich, sand mines, Picasso in the sand and relays like sand-relay & space between us were organised. The green team 'The shades of Green' won winners trophy and the yellow team 'Gangor' won runner up trophy. Each and every member of these 2 teams were given trophies. The sports event successfully sensitized members to bonding, building teams, leadership, interacting & to represent their teams.
