“Empowering Young Learners with Education” is one of the key objectives of JITO Ladies Wing, Kolkata and in this context, the members organized a mega “Women’s Car Rally” on 25th March to raise funds to provide free education to under-privileged children of “JITO Aarambh” School. This rally, was held from Babughat to Tollygunge Tram Depot, Kolkata under the protection of Ladies Police & Traffic Police, who did an impeccable job by keeping everything in order. This rally witnessed overwhelming support from all the members. A controlled speed limit of 40 Km/hr was assigned for this event and around 28 Driver as well as 50 other Rider members extended their helping hands and valuable time for this noble cause. All the participating drivers of this rally were awarded with a certificate. At the end of this rally food packets were distributed to all the members. This rally event was extremely successful and all the members showcased their valour & determination to pursue the common aim of providing free education to under-privileged children.
